Cut out your favorite tattoo and peel off the plastic backing. Place the tattoo face down on your finger and press it down with a wet cloth for 30 seconds. Peel off the paper and you now have a tattoo finger puppet! Grab your puppet theater and get ready to perform. Each one is about an inch high and narrow enough to fit on a little finger! Each pack has 20 characters. Remove with baby oil.
