Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition or with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

* Sale Items and Gift Certificates are exempt from refunds.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. Packages will be sent via USPS, or UPS if In Store Pick-Up isn’t selected as the shipping option. Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Once packages leave our store locations, carriers are responsible for the handling and delivery of items. Shipping resolutions will be up to the carrier’s discretion and carrier’s should be contacted in the case of a missing or damaged package. Contact our customer service at onlineorders@tetontoys.com if your items are damaged, lost or stolen and the shipping company needs communication from the sender. Refunds/replacements for damaged, lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy

Your item must be in new and unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email onlineorders@tetontoys.com with your name and your order # to request a refund or replacement. If your item is defective due to manufacturer error, we will issue a credit. For non-manufacturer defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost on a return for a received item in its original condition. We will reply within 2-4 business days with return instructions if applicable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after four days after our refund approval notice, first check your bank account or credit card account again to see if it is a pending transaction. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted so reaching out to your bank or credit card company may give you a more exact expected return transaction posting date.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onlineorders@tetontoys.com and we will send you a return label for the product if applicable. If you would like to exchange a new in box product you ordered from our website for something else on the website you can request this but are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
