Orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. Packages will be sent via USPS, or UPS if In Store Pick-Up isn’t selected as the shipping option. Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Once packages leave our store locations, carriers are responsible for the handling and delivery of items. Shipping resolutions will be up to the carrier’s discretion and carrier’s should be contacted in the case of a missing or damaged package. Contact our customer service at email@example.com if your items are damaged, lost or stolen and the shipping company needs communication from the sender. Refunds/replacements for damaged, lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed.
Your item must be in new and unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and your order # to request a refund or replacement. If your item is defective due to manufacturer error, we will issue a credit. For non-manufacturer defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost on a return for a received item in its original condition. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions if applicable.
