Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Currently Sale Items and Gift Certificates are exempt from refunds.
Refunds
Please email onlineorders@tetontoys.com to request a return. We will reach back out with the approval or rejection of your refund. For an approved return, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 business days of approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after four days after our refund approval notice, first check your bank account or credit card account again to see if it is a pending transaction. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted so reaching out to your bank or credit card company may give you a more exact expected return transaction posting date.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onlineorders@tetontoys.com and we will send you a return label for the product if applicable. If you would like to exchange a new in box product you ordered from our website for something else on the website you can request this but are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
